Galvis to have on #19
According to the team’s formal 2019 spring roster (by way of Scott Mitchell of TSN), new Blue Jay Freddy Galvis will have on #19, at minimum for now. Galvis is notably the first Blue Jay to have on that uniform amount since franchise legend Jose Bautista.
Blue Jays invite Mineo

Davidi also adds that Axford’s deal is of the slight-league wide range and consists of an invite major league camp.
